20th Birthday. Little nephew. Good grades. Graduation. First photoshoot. The Script's concert. First job. Quit first job. Made new friends. Passed driving test. Holiday with friends. Already made a short list for new year's resolutions long time ago, and I have started and on my way to achieve those goals, Inshaallah.2011 has been such a wonderful year. Goals and Resolutions

This year. I have lived high. I have smiled and laughed more than ever especially the first few weeks at work. I remembered laughing at every littlest things. I have saved some money but I have been spending a little too much. I have not been cooking but I have baked! I have reached my ideal weight. I have ran. I believe in everything. I am not sure if I have let things to happen naturally but I think I did. I am still reading the Quran and learning more about my religion and I will never going to stop Inshallah. I am thankful with whatever that is bestowed upon me, Alhamdulillah. I have had more than enough sleep after my graduation. I have shot more videos this year than last year and Inshallah, there will be more to come. I have always been wearing what I love. I am still trying to be a righteous Muslim. I love to be inspired and love to inspire other people and so, I have found what I want to do and I am heading for it. I have make friends with people I do not know and this goes to show that I am 'friendly' after all. Proud of me, no?I am happier now, Alhamdulillah.
I have set my goals and I am not going to wait. Why wait when you can start now?Salam Maal Hijrah 1433H to all my Muslim brothers and sisters. May this year be filled with baraqah and may Allah showers us with his love, blessing and protections.

Hello friends, please be free for me and let's have some fun this beat is sick. I miss my girlfriends so much it hurts. Oh this picture above is one of the rarest occasion where you can see me in make-up. I wasn't feeling so good for the past few days and partly because I have not been getting enough sleep. I have been waking up in the middle of the night to pee and I will be wide awake after that. And there are days where I feel bored at 6 am in the morning and when I feel good, I will plug in my ipod, listen to some happy and jumpy songs and dance and jump and dance around in the dark. I know it's too early but I have actually set a list of goals for next year (also, the Muslim we'll be celebrating our new year, Awal Muharram, quietly, this Sunday). I am glad that I managed to fulfill most, not all but most of my resolutions this year. I'm getting tired of typing this meaningless entry so I will recall in my next post, Inshallah.

It's the end of this year's eid. I still have 1 more vid I have yet to edit but i guess i am going to save it for eidul adha. September passes by so super duper slow and again, it wasn't a good month for me. (except on the 23rd sept as it was a glorious day for me! ;) ) They say if you don't like your job, quit. Last month was filled with mixed emotions and doubts that I could not even comprehend. There were too many laughters and too much tears. I would laugh at the littlest things and tear up at the smallest incident. I really hope it was not depression that I was suffering. It got me thinking if I was actually prepared for this. I didn't, obviously.

My best friends know how to drive my sorrows away.

Now.

I will try to look at the beauty of every little things in life. Ramadhan is always an emotional month for me. I can't help it but to break down whenever I think of the amount of sins I have accumulated daily for the past 20 years. I want to be close to my Lord always. I want to be whole again. Inshaallah.

I want 'fadhilah' to be carved out on a neon orange bicycle. If that is too much to ask, I am okay with any bicycles from here. One day, I am going to ride my kids to school in these fancy bicycles and I am going to rock it!

My brain has not been functioning. But I love it. I choose to believe that I am actually escaping myself from having to think of things that I do not wish to think. I am a thinker and I usually think only after I speak or act. That's funny. And I love to dream of all of the impossible things because dreaming is believing. And dreaming for me is irresistable. I jolly well know what I do not want. But I do not know what I really want. Life is great. I laughed too much yesterday with my friends it felt like as if it was my craziest moment thanks to the crazy bunch of people they really made my day! When I told a friend I want to change the world with an action so big, she called me a drama queen. That's nice. And I think I am a drama queen after all. I want to be close to Him all the time. I want Him to always be in my heart,mind and soul even when I am at my busiest. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. For letting me breathe and live in this world for another day and for everything.

My graduation a few weeks ago was such a memorable one because once again, my best girls and I graduated together for the second time. The guys are enlisting so we, the beautiful people had our dinner last week, probably our last dinner together. They will be missed but surely, we will meet again. I am no longer as free as a few weeks ago but like I said, I'd rather be busy. But laziness seems to strike me, at least, for the past few days. It's going to be a month soon and I told myself, I am going to try to like what I'm doing. I should be lucky because it is way better here. But I cannot force myself to like something I do not. Should I focus on what is best for me or should I focus on what I love?

I completed a mission today. I have not been very productive lately so today I decided to get out of my laziness zone and clean. As I cleaned and threw away junks, I blasted songs from my favourite singers and the feeling was pretty amazing.(I'm still blasting songs now as I am typing this) While cleaning, I found my old notebooks/organisers and some other things (like my stationaries) that made me miss school so bad. When people say "you lead such a carefree life" I will be very very glad because I rarely had the chance to feel this kind of free before. I used to have assignments that had to be done before the dateline. I used to have theories and 1001 terms to be memorised. And everytime I went online, I used to have some things to search for. Now, I no longer have to do all that anymore! I am definitely not going to miss this luxury, thank God for this opportunity. Things don't happen the way I wanted them to be. I sigh but I never give up. These are tests from my God and I believe that God is trying to tell me something. The free times are spent by getting myself closer to my One and Only God. I've not been a good servant and so I am grabbing any knowledge now while I can. It is sad to think that I could actually memorise one hundred over drugs (or more) with all their doses and side effects, but then I didn't make an effort to memorise long surahs/doas. If I were given a choice, I'd rather be busy than be doing nothing. Never be too free. Even if you really have nothing to do, go out and find things to do. Open up a book and read about history of your religion. If not, read some biographies or motivational books that can inspire you. For me, I'd borrowed books about Islam and am hoping that I am able to explain to people (if they ask) how wonderful my religion is. In the midst of all that, I will take a break and dream. I will dream big dreams and as a dreamer I will dream, wishing that all my dreams will come true one day, Inshaallah. And in the evening, I will put on my running shoes, plug in my earpiece and out for a jog. As I run, my mind will think and reflect. Sometimes I will dream as I run, dreaming of joining a 10km marathon. I will get very motivated when I see old men running in their blue standard chartered shirt. They are old and they can do it, why can't we? So people, run! You will only feel the satisfaction when you run.I hope, one day no matter how busy I will get, I can make time for all these, and for Him, Inshaallah. May God guide me to the right path. Amin.

The Script Live in Singapore

One of my many many dreams came true last Tuesday because, I attended The Script Live in Singapore at Fort Canning Park on April 12 last week!!! If you know me well enough, you should know that I am a number one fan of The Script. The Script is one of my favourite bands ever since their very first single, We Cry. Well, I like them because they produce great music! This sounds very cliche but really, I fell in love with them moments after I heard their music. (at that point of time, when I was 16/17 years old, I like bands that also play the keyboard/piano like The Script, One republic, Melee etc. But only The Script lasts because they constantly produce MUSIC TO MY EARS hehe!)
Anyway, their concert last Tuesday was indescribably amazing!

My sister and I met up with our cousin yesterday and we definitely had fun laughing, walking, posing, dreaming, singing and singing the song price tag by jessie j oh I seriously need to get the song out of my head now! bieber fever?

I watched Glee recently and I was inspired to blog about the phenomenon singer that everyone in the world is talking about, Justin Bieber. I like Justin Bieber, even though I am not really a big fan. Everyone hates him. I don't. I used to not like him and I could not find the exact reason why I disliked him so much. But not until one fine day, when I found his videos on youtube. I watched every single one of his videos then and at the moment I thought, "man this boy is mad talented".

I'm aware of his controversial stories and all but I don't really care as I'm only into his epic talent and not his personal problems.

I was and I am still curious why do people hate him so much? I'm okay with people not liking bieber, but I'm wondering, why do these people (the haters) still bother to talk about him in the first place when they dislike him. This just tells me one thing, they are just jealous. Either that or I think they think that liking bieber is sonotcoolatall!

I appreciate music and I listen to all kinds of songs (except maybe techno?). I don't care if liking a kid will make me look uncool! Anyway, I am never a cool person to begin with :P
I can't wait to catch his movie! Is anyone with me? :P

Yesterday, was our last day of lectures for us!! Oh look at all the excitements! (I hope they don't mind) Few more weeks to go few more weeks to go baby! Of course I am excited!! But at this stage, I am confused too. As much as I wanted everything to be over, I am really not prepared to get into the real real life and be apart with the people I've been together with for 3 years. I may sound melodramatic but really, my classmates are the best I've ever had. Even though we are of different wavelengths with so many differences, when it comes to things that need us to be together, we will put aside all our differences to be a whole. A whole! I've never experienced this before, not even in my secondary school life.

Yesterday, I met up with a good good friend of mine, faiza, and apparently she could not keep her mouth shut!!! Hahaha! Yesterday was simple. I received a bag i loveee from here in ocean!!! I was over the moon the moment I saw the bag in a paper bag. Even before she had the chance to explain what kind of bag she bought for me, I was already quivering with excitement and shouted "is that a baggu bag??!!!"! She was so happy that I was so happy to get a bag I wanted! The funniest part was, she really really thought that I might not know the brand baggu and she was already preparing to explain 'what is baggu' to me, can you imagine? Yes, you can!!
We then went to coffee bean and we did what I love most; talking! It was like spill the beans session for us, okay no for her! We talked about subject A,B,C,D and E and F!! She should not be telling me things but I am glad she did!! Please please please, I really really hope it will work out this time round!!! I am happy for our friend and yea, I could not stop smiling and grinning and whatnots yesterday, finally!!! God, I am still so happy now, Alhamdulillah. Even happier as i listen to Go Do by Jonsi! I hope this happiness can last!!

I turn 2 decades today! I am feeling eternally grateful to God that my life is where it is now and for everything, the tests and obstacles, the opportunities, and the life He has given me. I lost two of my thambis (drives) yesterday and I thought I was dying. And then, at 12 midnight yesterday, I cried after reading birthday messages. It took me 30 minutes to calm myself down before I could reply those messages. But today, things changed. When I was in the bus on my way to school, I prayed silently hoping that I could find my thambis back again. Alhamdulillah, I got mine back and thanks to the kind soul who found it. And then, a lovely classmate of mine, Pearlynn bought me a Strawberry Oreo bubble tea, (because she knows I love that flavor so much) with a little message that says "...cause you're Especially Special Today! Happy Birthday!" And then, in the middle of a lecture, while I was replying an sms, two of my best friends, Lenny and Fiza came into the class late, with choco pies (that were decorated with pockys as the candles) and shouted HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I love that. My instant reaction was epic and funny because I was startled! After lectures, we could not stop laughing at our conversations. I laughed so hard my stomach hurts! Back at home, we had our usual dinner and cake cutting session (i didn't cut the cake though because we were all so full!) and nothing more and I love it, Alhamdulillah.To everyone who made my day today. Thank you.To everyone who wished me. Thank you.

I've been to KK hospital quite a number of times this week. I really hope my sister is well now, I really do. I love her and she will always be in our prayers.
I love KK hospital. It looks like a cruise ship! But that's beside the point. I love it because that's where I was born. (mine was at old kk though) And the place makes me all so happy, unlike other hospitals like... I shall not mention. They have shops that sell cute baby stuffs that will make the visitors go 'aww that is so cute' And you will see balloons everywhere you go. There is a Macdonald in the hospital so that makes KK the only hospital in Singapore that has a fast food restaurant! The fact that there's Primadeli makes me love the hospital more. How can you say no to the tastiest waffle in town?And, yeah a tiny dot Singapore needs to stop digging.

We had our first flea yesterday. The crowd was great but the place was a little stuffy so I went out strolling around town and got myself a bottle of mineral water and peppermint ice cream. The feeling of eating my ice cream while making my way back to *scape was indescribably good. It was Saturday yesterday and town was as usual, flooded with people. The whole stretch of Orchard Road was sparkling with pink, blue and purple lights and it was magnificent. Took the bus back home and while waiting for the bus at Outram Park, I had a good night laugh as I played this 'stupid MRT game' with Fiza's brothers and her cousin. The game is stupid, really. But the game cracked me up, so I thought, why not?

I am 6922 days old today. I don't know why the photo above but my life has been coolshit so far. Apart from burning the midnight oil, trying to remember and memorise theories after theories and all the scientific terms for my common test, I've been and am letting things to happen naturally. I feel better now. It is true that 'life is sooo unfairrr'. But life is good too, really good. They say, you will have the most enjoyable life when you are 18 and above. I say, why is your life so sad? I've been enjoying my life since forever and I don't even have to wait till i am legal. Life is sad if you think that going to clubs or parties are the only ways for you to enjoy life. You will feel good, high and all but do you know that they are just temporary? Life is more than that buddy. Having said that, every individual have their own ways of living their life and ya, life is short. Teenage life is even shorter.
